Chicken Soup Time.

Get some good organic chicken stock or make your own. Add you favorite goodies and let simmer for at least an hour. The longer the better. I used organic chicken brest, sauteed with garlic, tyme, rosemary, oregano, parsley S/P & Olive Oil.  Added onions, celery, carrots, and mushrooms. Add stock, Bring to boil and reduce to simmer. Throw in a couple Bay leaves. 15 minutes before serving add pasta, serve when noodles are done. And  that's it!!
